The Everett Rowing Parent Boosters are looking to fill two Booster Board positions:

• Catering Coordinator

• Swag Focal

Both of these roles are pivotal to the success of our Athletes, as they oversee feeding our team at regattas and providing necessary team merch.

About these roles

Catering Coordinator:

• Support volunteer teams as they plan meals for individual regattas

• Share planning tools, including sample menus, shopping lists, and timelines

• Purchase and restock food trailer supplies

• Help coordinate volunteers and catering-related communications across the season

• Keep the food trailer organized and ready for use

• Provide guidance, encouragement, and oversight to volunteers

• Collaborate with Booster leadership, coaches, and parent liaisons

Swag Focal:

• Work with our local Supplier to order ERA merch

• Sell ERA merch at select in-person events

• Assist ERA with limited-edition sales and specialty designs

• Maintain swag inventory and assist Treasurer with sales and deposit data

• Aid with website maintenance
