Who we are
Does your family have a youth athlete who rows for Everett Rowing Association? Then the Parent Boosters are YOU!
We are a collective of volunteer parents who lend our support to ERA’s middle and high school rowers, coordinating to provide food, equipment, and fun for the team.
The Boosters are always looking for parent helpers, and this website will introduce you to the many ways in which you can help!
The Boosters is run by an elected Board of individuals, who you can meet below.

Brian
Role: Brian serves as President of the Everett Rowing Parent Booster Board. He brings a strong background in leadership, collaboration, and is committed to supporting all rowing athletes, coaches, and broader rowing community. As the ERA Booster President, Brian focuses on ensuring the ERA Boosters operate transparently, responsibly, and in alignment with ERA's mission, while fostering positive communication between parents, and coaches. He is proud to support Everett Rowing and help create a sustainable, inclusive, and successful experience for all athletes.

Role: As Treasurer-extraordinaire, Crystal keeps our books straight, makes sure we stay tax and 501c compliant, and makes sure we meet our financial goals.

Role: As Vice Prez, Richelle manages our Booster communication and admin systems, maps out regatta details and assist with all things ERA.

Role: Britt manages ERA’s online store, sells swag at events, manages the website and assists with fundraisers. She owns way too much ERA apparel and can be found cheering at regattas with her pink cowbell!

Role: Andrea is the brains behind our operation and keeps us organized! She seems to know just about everything and lends us her expertise in all fields.
